Description:   Fragment of large skyphos or bell krater rim and handle stump.
Decoration:   Band of egg and dart below rim and around handle stup. Relief line. At left head and shoulders of youth, leaning right, may have had leg raised, left arm probably drawn across body. Laurel branch, if his, this may be Apollo. At right, head of second male with tip of his r. shoulder, both wear laurel garland and white fillet around head. Contour relief lines.
Material:   Attic pinkish buff clay, gl. Black but slightly mottled on inside. Added white.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt.
Dimensions Preserved:   H. 0.056, W. 0.110, Th. 0.009, est. Diam. 0.34.
Period:   4th c. B.C.
