Description:   Plate with flaring ring foot, beveled resting surface. Body with convex-concave profile, rising at ca. 30-35 degrees, then curving out broadly to oblique round lip.
Decoration:   White slip on interior and overlapping lip. Sgraffito decoration on interior: large medallion with unintelligible pattern of lines, 2 framing circles; on upper outturned portion broad band of curving lines, 2 circumference rings. Swirls of green and brown, good yellow glaze on interior and overlapping lip.
Material:   Fine buff clay with rare tiny voids, black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7.5/3
Condition:   Complete profile. Two joining frgts., complete profile except for center floor. ca. 1/8 foot, 1/4 body, 1/8 lip.
