Description:   Bowl with vertical ring foot, flattened resting surface, flat undersurface offset by groove from foot. Straight flaring body rising at 45 degrees to H00.047, nearly vertical rim H00.025 with thickened round lip.
Decoration:   On interior, medallion with gridiron in black; red band around it; at top of body, narrow red band with thinner black line at base of rim; in middle of rim red band, row of black dots on lip. Tin glaze on interior.
Material:   Fine well-compacted clay fired to pale yellow at surface, gray-buff at core with rare fine voids, black inclusions.

Condition:   Complete profile. Seven joining frgts., complete profile and foot; 1/4 body to rim.
