Description:   Vessel with outward thickened rim with rounded flaring lip. Similar C-1934-1246 (Corinth 11).
Decoration:   Polychrome ware: painted design in greenish-blue, black, and brownish yellow. Interior: greenish-blue solid filled border at kip. Black and yellow design on rim. Exterior: yellow-borwn border at lip, green-blue hemisphere outlined in black on rim.
Material:   Coarse white to very pale brown clay with rare fine platy angular voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/2 (white)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving small part of rim, lip. Paint and transparent glaze slightly worn.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
