Description:   Vessel with thick slightly rounded wall. Similar to C-1938-62.
Decoration:   White slip all over. Green glaze on exterior. Pale yellow glaze on interior. Inscribed design on interior. Brown dots painted onto inscribed design.
Material:   Coarse thick red clay with rare angular spherical white inclusions with few fine spherical rounded brown inclusion. Rare fine angular voids.
Munsell Color:   5 YR 6/6 (reddissh yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving very small part of wall. Glaze worn.
Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
