Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, flat resting and undersurfaces. Body rises at ca. 20 degrees, vertical low rim, tapered lip.
Decoration:   White slip on interior and overlapping rim and upper body. On floor, fish ? with head toward rim or large wing-shaped object; eye ? consisting of 2 concentric dotted circles, row of dots separating plain head from scaly body. Border of guilloche, partly overlapping rim. Dots on lip. Pale yellow glaze over slipped parts.
Material:   Moderately coarse clay fired tan at core, pink at edges, numerous tiny white, black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Complete profile. Three joining frgts., complete profile; ca. 1/4 foot, 1/8 body to lip.
