Description:   Bowl with disk foot with vertical profiile, narrow resting surface, descending to nippled undersurface. Body straight flaring to H. 0.04, then turning up to vertical and inward-outward thickened rim with slight lip around inner circumference.
Decoration:   Pale slip on interior and over rim. On floor large gridiron medallion in black with green dots, double framing lines; ring of vertical green strokes, 2 black lines. On rim arcs. Tin glaze over slip.
Writing:   graffito. Graffito on undersurface: A with long cross-stroke.
Material:   Fine clay fired buff to pinkish tan with rare coarse white, black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/4 to 7.5YR 6/6
Condition:   Complete profile. Two joining frgts., complete profile. Complete foot, nearly half body, ca. 1/5 rim. Partly encrusted.
