| Description: | Rather deep kotyle, flaring convex body, small ring foot. Horizontal rolled loop handles. | |
| Decoration: | Black Figure style. One horizontal glazed line below the lip and vertical wavy lines between handles. Animal frieze: two lions to r., a bird to r. looking backwards. Applied purple on mane and chest of lions and on bird's neck. Filling ornament: unincised heavy crosses and many blobs. Thin, widely spaced rays at base. Edges of ring foot painted; resting surface reserved; undersurface reserved with two concentric bands. Interior painted solid except for a reserved line at lip. Handle reserved except for a horizontal stripe. Heavy slapdash incisions, disproportional drawing with careless use of applied paint. | |
