Description:   Pottery Typ: 26 Relief Ware Moulded relief bowl of shallow hemispherical form with thin walls, a flat bottom and a straight offset wheelmade rim contracting to a vertical lip.
Decoration:   Medallion: rosette within circle. Corolla zone marked off by line and covered with alternating series of long pointed petals with spine and palm leaves with tips overturned. Body zone, framed between lines is decorated with running vine and grape scroll. Above, smaller zone of egg and dart pattern above which is rim zone stamped with interlocking meander pattern. Glaze fired brick red on body and metallic gray-black from rim zone to lip. Interior mostly red with some spots of black. Possibly of Pergamene origin.
Material:   Very fine brown-pink clay with micaeous particles.
Munsell Color:   2.5YR 6/6 Light Red
Condition:   Complete profile. Missing two small rim frgts., and several body sherds. Joined from many fragments.
