Description:   Plate with very low ring foot, narrow round resting surface, flat undersurface, start of wide-flaring body.
Decoration:   White slip over all. On interior, part of head, neck, back of bird, to rt., with head turned back; eye has incised white, rimmed with double sgraffito lines; downturned beak; collar with zigzag design; scribbled feathers on neck and body, start of flight feathers with long parallel lines; in field above lt., 2 lines of filling ornament. Light yellow glaze on interior.
Material:   Semi-fine light red claya with rare pieces of quartz (?), round red, white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder than 5YR 5/6
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., 1/8 foot, start of body.
