Description:   Ovoid body on ring-foot; neck slightly concave to trefoil mouth; double coil handle from shoulder arches to rim.
Decoration:   Animal frieze of deer, panther and goose on shoulder; remainder glazed except for zone of ray pattern above foot. Interior of mouth glazed. Underside of foot decorated with concentric circles. cf. Necrocorinthia, p. 32 fig. 10 G and H for shape; probably towards in the end of Middle Corinthian period.
Material:   Buff clay; decoration in black glaze, misfired to red throughout, and superposed red paint.
Condition:   Complete profile. Complete profile preserved; restored in plaster.
Dimensions Actual:   Ht. 0.225; Ht. including handle 0.262; Diam 0.185.
Period:   Middle Corinthian (595/590-570)
Chronology:   Probably towards the end of the Middle Corinthian Period
