Description:   South Italian (Tarentine) epichysis. Sides of main spout pinched together. Back of mouth broken away. Two wings are formed by female heads in relief (made with a stamp?).
Decoration:   Slightly shiny brownish-black glaze. The mouth and top of neck are glazed; the lower part of the neck is reserved and decorated with vertical stripes. Wash of miltos over reserved area.
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay, some voids; hard.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving mouth and upper neck.
