Description:   Strainer with flat base, walls in two degrees, straight flaring then convex, horizontal squared lug handle attached at change, possible vertical handle or spout attached above base to top of horizontal handle next to hole, and two chambers. Lower chamber closed by thick floor above has rectangular hole in wall from base to upper floor (H. 0.070). Dividing floor perforated with small circular holes. Coating of lime on both interior chambers. Shape similar to C 69-352 (Hesperia 200 465) but function seems to be different.
Material:   Coarse pink clay with few small to very large tabular angular red, frequent small to very large tabular rounded tan, rare medium tabular angular white inclusions and few medium to very large spherical angular voids
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/3 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single piece preserving third of body. Broken down middle and across top.
