Description:   Flat base with circumference groove; cylindrical body articulated from base by groove, with slightly tapering profile; low-sloping shoulder; narrow, short, vertical neck; wide flaring trefoil rim; 1 high swung vertical strap handle, attached to shoulder and rim.
Decoration:   Undersurface reserved; black band at base of body possibly once with added purple; narrow reserved band, broad black bnad, narrow reserved band, broader band of dicing below handle attachment; tongues on shoulder; neck, rim and handle glazed.
Material:   Fine pale yellow buff clay
Munsell Color:   2.5Y 7/2
Condition:   Complete profile. complete profile with 1/3 base, 3/4 body, whole shoulder, 3/4 neck, 1/2 rim, all of handle preserved. RIP. Worn glaze
