Two long painted black stripes descend from above breasts down to at least hips, fillets ? Two white bracelets circle lt. wrist. Torch consists of two tied sticks, tilted slightly to rt.; to rt. is a vertical staff or scepter (?), consisting of a single shaft with 2 white bands. | |
