Description:   Carrot-shaped amphora with slightly concave base (D), conical body (C) rising steeply to max. diam. at shoulder, relatively low sloping shoulder (B, A), cylindrical neck with projecting ridge 00.020 m. below lip, slightly everted round lip. Vertical double spined handle, oval in section, attached to mid shoulder and upper neck at ridge. lower attachment reinforced with ridges of clay,
Decoration:   Wheel ridging on body from foot to neck.
Material:   Sandy medium hard yellow-red clay with granular concoidal break, common to abundant inclusions, frequent spherical subrounded glassy white, spherical angular milky white, spherical to tabular rounded dark gray and orange.
Munsell Color:   Core, outer edge: 5YR 5/6 Inner edge: 7.5YR 6/6
Condition:   Fragment. Nine joining frgts., ca. 1/8 shoulder, half neck and rim, one complete handle.
