Description:   Stewpot with rounded bottom curving into ovoid body with max. diam. at H00.089, then contracting sharply with straight profile to base of oblique outturned rim with projecting triangular lip. Two vertical strap handles attached to body above carination and underside of rim.
Decoration:   Wheel-ridging on body to nearly base of rim.
Material:   Highly micaceous cooking ware fired brown in and brown-black at surface, rare fine white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Surface: near 10YR 3/1 to 7.5YR 7/3
Condition:   Complete profile. Numerous joining frgts., complete profile except for center of bottom; 2/3 body, ca. 1/2 rim, all of one handle, base of 2nd. Largely from B063, 4 fr. L1996-045
