Description:   Olpe with tall body tapering with slight concave profile to base of trefoil rim, articulated by low flat band.
Decoration:   Body reserved, painted with thin dull red-brown wash: at lower lt., head in profile to rt. with incised concentric rings around top of head, articulating both hair line and possibly a top knot; eyes and eyebrow crudely incised; at rt. break diagonal object in black with added white, which extends slightly above level of top of head, back of horse's head? Above, row of tongues, pendant from rim, outlined in black and alternately painted purple or black with reserved outer line. Exterior of rim black glazed, as well as interior to height of upper body; rest reserved.
Material:   Fine buff clay.
