Description:   One-handled cup (kyathos) with flat base, echinoid body, max. diam. at H00.04-00.043, curving in to flaring rim articulated sharply from the body, with tapered lip. Vertical strap handle attached to rim and below max. diam. See Hesperia 1999, fig. 41, C 69 261, C 63 645.
Decoration:   Black glazed over all exterior and interior except for reserved base. Horizontal bands on exterior face of handle with vertical stripe along either edge. See Hesperia 1999, fig. 41, C 69 261, C 63 645.
Material:   Fine pale greenish clay with rare medium to large lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   5Y 8/2
Condition:   Complete or intact. Almost complete one-handled cup mended from numerous joining fragments. Three holes in body, missing chips from body and rim. Handle 3/4 preserved, rest RIP. Glaze worn.

Findspot Description:   Kyathos was resting in mouth of oinochoe C 02 36. Handle was found while conserving oinochoe, removed with B102. Most of cup came from B100, while 5 sherds came from B95.
