Description:   Krater with body tapering into short vertical rim with thick flat lip.
Decoration:   Possibly fine buff slip on surface. On body: thick circumference stripes in brown-black glaze, 3 preserved; rim: row of compass-drawn single circle with central dot, linked by lines to make running spiral. Lip reserved; interior red glazed. Cf. Courbin C.240 pl. 40, C.761, pl. 128; C.33/A pl. 139. Hesperia 1999, N41.
Material:   Fine clay fired pale buff at surface, light red at core with 1% small angular spherical black inclusions .

Condition:   Fragment. Sinngle frgt. Preserving top of body, rim; small part of whole; 2 large chips in surface.
