Description:   Transport/storage amphora with tall cylindrical neck, outward thickened collar rim with vertical profile, H. 0.057, thick round lip. Two vertical handles, flattened oval in section, attached to upper neck and curving down obliquely from attachment. When found, stopper (B) resting in neck, ca. 0.075 below rim, as far as would go.
Material:   Fine clay fired pale yellow at surface, pale pink at core, with 2% fine voids, fine black inclusions, at least 1 angular tabular red inclusion

Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving upper half of neck, all of rim: complete circumference; upper attachments of both handles.
