Description:   Skyphos with flaring ring foot, narrow flat resting surface, pointed undersurface. Echinoid body, max. diam. at H. 0.05-0.053, curving in to base of narrow rim with very slightly flaring profile, round lip. Two horizontal loop handles, titled upward, set at max. diam. Cf. Hesperia 1999, p. 94, W-13; C 2002 031.
Decoration:   Undersurface and resting surface of foot reserved; black glazed over all interior and exterior, except for reserved handle zone filled in with zigzag band framed by reserved band on either side, and reserved area between handle roots on exterior, reserved band on rim interior. Cf. Hesperia 1999, p. 94, W-13; C 2002 031.
Material:   Fine greenish yellow clay with rare medium angular red inclusions and rare medium voids.

Condition:   Complete profile. Several joining fragments preserving almost complete body except for small hole, 80% rim, both handles. Larger part comes from NB954, B114, while 4 fragments preserving 1/4 of body come from NB944 B44. Glaze worn, 1/2 of vase, rim and body, pushed in.
