Description:   Decanter with cylindrical neck, folded rim, tapered vertical lip; two handles at about 45 degrees to each other, attached at top of neck immediately below rim, similar to C-31-280 (Corinth VII, iii no. 306)
Decoration:   Black glaze band on lip.
Material:   Fine pale brown clay fired yellowish red at core with few large to very large (up to 0.008 in length) rounded spherical lime inclusions, rare medium dark red inclusions and few fine sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8/3 (surface), 5YR 6/6 (core)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., 1/3 rim, 1/4 of one handle, upper handle attachment of second handle. Glaze worn, traces of two accidental black glaze brush strokes on interior neck.
