Decoration: | Black glaze over all, reserved undersurface and resting surface, reserved band on body above median, decorated with zigzag bordered by black bands, reserved panel on neck reaching handle, decorated with zigzag bordered by black bands, framed by two black bands, reserved handle with horizontal stripes on back surface and band on sides, reserved lip with band around interior circumference. Body similar to Corinth VII.1, p. 10, no. 22, pl. 2. | |
Material: | Fine, very pale brown clay, with rare medium to large spherical, rounded lime inclusions, and rare tabular, angular voids. | |
