Description:   Storage/ transport amphora with short vertical ring foot with convex undersurface with circular depression in center, tall cylindriacl body, rounded shoulder, short tapering neck, tall vertical rim offset from neck, vertical rounded lip, vertical spined handles attached at middle of neck and on shoulder. As Agora V, G197, C-1984-90, C-1983-20.
Decoration:   Red wash overall.
Material:   Fine red clay with few medium to very large white, rare medium black, and few fine sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   10R 5/6 (red)
Condition:   Fragment. Numerous joining frtgs. preserving all of rim, 2/3 neck, 1/4 body, single handle. Blackened spot on shoulder. Seven non-joining fragments left in Lot 2011-46.
