Description:   Thin-walled ware mug with disk foot, slightly concave resting surface, ovoid, almost-biconical body, with max. diam. below median, short flaring neck, flaring rim with exterior groove distinguishing it from neck, rounded lip, thin strap handle attached at lip and shoulder. For profile, cf. C-1988-75 (Hesperia 1989, p. 10, cat. 11), C-1984-75 (Hesperia 1985, cat. 27), and C-1983-49 (Hesperia 1984, pl. 28c).
Material:   Coarse light yellowish brown clay, fired dark gray at core with few, medium, tabular, sub-rounded white and tan inclusions, and rare, medium voids.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10YR 6/4 (light yellowish brown), Core: 10YR 4/1 (dark gray)
Condition:   Complete profile. Several joining frgts., preserving all base, half body, all rim, handle broken at attachment to body. Traces of burning on exterior. One piece left in context.
