Description:   Hayes LRC Form 3C to E, bowl. Tall vertical rim, with flat top outward and inward thickened, concave outer and inner faces (pinched appearance), broad overhanging flange with flat underside. Shape of walls unknown. Thickened top of rim and sharply concave rim face like 3C examples, but underside of flange is flat like 3E.
Decoration:   Red slip ove rall.
Material:   Hard light red clay, few white inclusions on exterior, denser on flange, slip two shades darker, thicker on interior of vessel and mottled on exterior of rim, some blackening on flange
Munsell Color:   Core: 2.5YR 7/6 (light red); Slip 2.5 YR 5/8 (red)
Condition:   Fragment. 1 fragment, 5% of rim and nothing of vessel wall.
