Description:   Amphora with globular body to rounded shoulder with short cylindrical neck, upper neck flares to sharp ridge and rounded horizontal lip. Two oval strap handles with two ridges running down their upper surface attach at shoulder and mid-neck. Similar to Van der Werff 1986, pp. 113-114, nos. 55 and 56, fig. III.8.
Material:   Medium coarse pale yellow clay with few small subrounded spherical white, rare small-medium angular tabular brown inclusions and rare small-medium voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 8-7/2 (very pale brown-light gray)
Condition:   Fragment. Many joining frgts., preserving two-thirds of upper body, all of neck, rim and one handle. Non-joining frgts. in Lot 2015-88.
