Description: | Deep bowl. Small ring base. Convex body straightens mid-body to tall outward flaring rim; two horizontal round handles, attached 1/3 of way down body. FS 284. | |
Decoration: | Exterior has three bands, one painted band around base, one around the middle of the body, and a thick band at the rim; the rest of the body has a buff slip. Each handle has three splashes or stripes, two where they attach to body and one at mid-point. Interior is painted red and there is a spiral or swirl on the interior of the base. | |
