Description:   Deep Bowl. Shallow raised ring foot. Ovoid body to almost vertical rim. Two horizontal round handles. FS 284, Group A.
Decoration:   Exterior has three painted horizontal bands: one at base, one at mid-body and a thin band at rim. Decorative zone between handles has an antithetic spiral pattern flanking a triglyph composed of two vertical wavy lines enclosed by pairs of straight vertical lines; similar to FM 50 #4. Handle has three splashes. Interior is slipped and has three horizontal painted bands: one at base (forms a ring), one at center and one below rim.
Material:   Fine hard buff clay, thin slip of pink buff to gray
Munsell Color:   Surface 2.5 Y 8/2 (white) to 7.5 YR 7/5 (pink/reddish yellow), Core 10 YR 7/3 (very pale brown), Paint 7.5 YR 4-5/4 (dark brown/brown) to black
Condition:   Complete profile. 21 joining fragments preserve 90% of base, 1/2 of body, 1/3 of rim, 1 handle
