Description:   Plate with thick vertical ring foot, pierced for suspension, flat resting and undersurface. Body straight flaring at 30 degrees.
Decoration:   Interior, in white slip, legs and body of bird; possible second below it, circle to rt., all within a circumference band on floor. Pale greenish glaze in, dark green out.
Material:   Moderately fine clay with tiny black, white inclusions, fired gray at core, tan at edges.
Munsell Color:   5YR 7/6 and redder
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., ca. 1/4 foot, lower body.
