Description:   Large basin or bowl with steep flaring body, flattening into inward thickened rim, flat on top W00.059; rim undercut on interior with pie-fluted inner lip, outer round.
Decoration:   Stamped on interior: at top of body, row of large tongue-shaped motifs, set upright, within which upright branch surrounded by relief line, row of dots, separated by impressed circles; parts of 4 preserved. On rim, single row of similar tongues, round edge facing in, between two rows of impressed circles.
Material:   Clay fired buff at surface, pink at core with rare red, white angular coarse inclusions, common voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., upper body, rim, small part of circumference. Traces of black discoloration on rim.
