Description:   Bowl with vertical body and slightly angled base. Rim squared with moulding below, consisting of one groove. Bottom moulding with ridge and beading pattern, with one groove below.
Decoration:   Red-orange slip. Central band has mouldmade figures in battle scene (Spitzer's Group II). On left, rider on horseback, drapery flowing behind, raises spear while riding to left. On right, standing figure thrusts sword (?) towards fallen figure with arms raised. Additional figure on right. After Spitzer's Group II.
Material:   Fine buff clay with few small inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving all rim, central body, and flaring lower body.
