Description:   Rounded alabastron. Ovoid body to flat base. Low neck with high outturned rim. Three horizontal round handles on shoulder. FS 83
Decoration:   Exterior is slipped and painted. Lustrous buff slip only on exterior; handles, neck and rum and decoration in lustrous brown-black which crackles. Wavy band with parallel lines below it around bottom, similar to rock pattern (FM 33). Large ivy leaf with a wavy stem (FM 12) between handles, to the left of ivy are two circular clusters of dots. Thick band on neck, rim painted on interior and exterior. Handles painted solid.
Material:   Hard buff clay
Munsell Color:   Surface 10 YR 8/4 (very pale brown), Paint 2.5 YR 4/4 (reddish brown) to black
Condition:   Fragment. Mended from 4 sherds, 75% R.I.P.; most of neck and rim, part of body almost to base + 1 handle preserved. Base, 2 handles 2/3 body, piece of rim R.I.P.
