Description:   Late Neolithic four-legged vessel.
Decoration:   Interior finger smoothed; exterior burnished. Decoration: impressed jabs in row at junction of body with leg; worn spiralloid and dot incision on front of leg. Small traces of crusted red paint at junction of body with leg.
Material:   Medium-coarse fabric. Black burnished with frequent large subrounded and round inclusions. Fired black all through; lighter gray at core.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving part of body and stump of one leg. Worn.

Findspot Description:   Lechaion Road East. North end of east colonnade (i.e. at N end of Peibolos of Apollo). Unit IX depth 5.15 - 5.27 m.
