Description:   Conical lid with slightly convex profile, vertical rim, tapered lip.
Decoration:   On exterior, at lt., base of a tendril; to rt., a female head to rt. Hair bound in sakkos with 2 rows of vertical dots; wears drop-shaped pendant earring; to rt., pit of second tendril. On rim, egg-and-dot. Underside glazed with brownish black glaze, interior of rim reserved.
Material:   Fine reddish-tan clay, fracture rough.
Munsell Color:   Slightly redder or browner than 5YR 6/6
Condition:   Three joining frgts., part of rim, cover; considerably worn, ca. 1/6 circumference.
