Description: | Shallow basin with flat oblique wall. Heavy, obliquely set rim both inward (and outward) thickened. Ridge on upper surface of rim. For shape see the same pieces cited under decoration. | |
Decoration: | Pie-crust on inner edge of rim. Stamped decoration on interior wall repeated on outer surface of rim: carefully cut ovules with central branch framed by a dotted border alternate with hollow circles. The same stamps appear on CP-1568; cf. also CP-1569, and C-1961-77. | |
Material: | Very hard, light reddish brown fabric with lighter surface discolored by burning. | |
