Decoration:   Red-figure decoration: At bottom, teserved band with saltire square, start of maeander?. Above to L. legs of herakles. He stands facing R., legs in profile. Outline of figure partially indicated with relief line, interior details in dilute glaze. Preserved portion of legs newde. The hero wears a lion skin, 2 paws hanging down just below knees. Outline partially in telief line, vertical element, outlined partially in relief line, exterior skin painted with dilute glaze. to L., Reserved vertical element, outlined partially in relief line, painted with dilute glaze (tail?). To R., club at diagonal from L.to R., details in relief line. At far R., Narrow diagonal reserved element, perhaps bottom Athena's spear. Preliminary sketch of front of L. leg along entire length, entire club without knobs to its right. interior reserved. Possible non-joining body fragments in lot. attributed to Berlin painter.
