| Description: | Antefix attached to semi-circular cover tile. Antefix consists of eleven-petal palmette: central petal pointed, next petals widely spearated from central one, remaining slightly drooping with round tips; petals in relief against a background that mirrors profiles but is slightly larger. Oval heart with three vertical relief lines. Beneath, a pendant three-petal lotus with elongated heart, flanked by pairs of S-scrolls; one pair begins beside lotus heart, curls down toward lower corner, meets second scroll that curls up to base of palmette tips. Lower portion of antefix rectangular with horizontal relief line H00.022 above bottom. Face of antefix concave. | |
