Description:   Palmette antefix attached to semicircular necking. Face decorated in relief with 7-petal palmette, central petal taller, others drooping. Petals radiate from circular knobbed heart. Radiating from lowest petals: one small scroll with two branches- lower curling up, upper curling down. Below, another very small scroll curling down. No additional decoration down to bottom can be discerned. Mouldmade in two pieces, back is attached as separate piece. Similar to FA-508, FA-512, FA-1998-1.
Decoration:   Black paint on right upper scroll near heart.
Material:   Coarse, very pale brown clay on surface; reddish yellow on the interior, with common large inclusions of tabular subrounded limestone and spherical angular mudstone.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10YR 7/4 (very pale brown); Interior: 5YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Missing parts. Two joining frgts, face nearly complete, lower right corner missing, broken after juncture of neck, chips missing. Small traces of black paint preserved.
