Description:   Palmette antefix with horizontal plain band at bottom, plastic rib above, 2 antithetic tendrils rise from corners, curling in and out under heart; of these missing part of lower left and rt. tendrils; Beneath juncture of tendrils is a pendant 5-petal palmette with two leaves above, central petal round-tipped, side petals long. Above, mushroom-shaped heart. At back, thickened neck. For type cf. FA-XXXX-48.
Material:   Moderately coarse clay with scattered white, red inclusions, fired pink at core, buff surfaces.
Munsell Color:   Between 10YR 8/4 and 2.5Y 8/3 surface, redder than ;;;5YR 6/6 core
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving lower half of antefix plaque; broken above at heart, to left and right.
