Along bottom plain band with plastic rib above. Above, two antithetic tendrils rise from corners of plaque, turning in nearly horizontally, then curling out. Top ends of tendrils biforcate under leaf diagonally striated (now largely worn). Pendant 5-leaf palmette with two leaves above, hanging from juncture of tendrils. Erect 11-petal palmettes, of which two lowest rt. petals preserved. Cf.
