Description:   Triangular antefix with sloping edges meeting at ca. 130 degree angle at top, flat ridge on upper edges. Front face flat with decoration in very low relief: palmette with five petals, painted alternatly red and black. Outward spiralled "S" shaped tendrils below the palmette, black with a narrow band at base in red. Red eye in center. Triangular shaped heart of palmette painted red, with black arc above. Edges of antefix painted red.
Material:   Coarse hard-fired clay with reddish brown inclusions, fired unevenly. Creamy slip on face with black and red paint.
Munsell Color:   From 7.5YR 8/4 pink to very pale brown 10YR 8/4.
Condition:   Fragment. Single fragment broken at bottom and back.
