Description:   Pan tile with shallow concave curve, tapering from one end to other. Edges cut at angle. Upper surface not quite regular; near center 3 parallel finger strokes running parallel to long sides, then curving down at right angles and out, like tail of "R". Undersurface extremely rough, with much adhering sand and some gravel.
Material:   Clay fired pink at core, surface irregularly fired reddish yellow over much of exterior, to buff along one long edge; frequent medium-sized black and fine white and sparkling inclusions, frequent voids.
Munsell Color:   5YR 6/6 to slightly yellower than 10YR 8/4
Condition:   Complete or intact. Three joining frgts., complete.
