Description:   Combination ridge tile of Corinthian form. Full height of vertical sides not preserved, except at joint of cover segment to pan, which is 00.030 m. H. Top sloping planes are W. 0.123, measured along slope. Undersurface between "edge lips" along bottom of pan is 0.153 m. W. Undersurface rought with flat facets reflecting inverse of top surface of tile, including step between cover and ridge segments. Cover has high doming of its upper faces (toward palmette antefix?). Pan is slightly saddle-shaped. No traces of antefix is preserved, cover broken, perhaps, along line of attachment if palmette sat across saddle, not parallel to it. Otherwise, ridge carred no ridge antefixes. Two nail holes, one on either sloping surface of pan segment. D. of shaft hole ca. 0.013 and probably perforated white clay was wet. Head of nail cutout D. 0.035, so that head could be countersunk.
Material:   Pinkish buff clay with mudstone, both maroon and black-gray, and rare pieces of lime. Surface slipped in tan-buff.
Munsell Color:   Core: 5YR 6/6.5 going to slightly redder. Surface: 5YR 7/5
Condition:   Fragment. Broken at both ends, bottom edges; joint between pan and cover fully preserved on top surfaces.
