Description:   Two triangular ridge tiles with palmette at apex. Sides of palmette rise from bottom in gentle convex curve, each side ending in slightly up-turned and sharply pointed projection. Beyond, the sides continue upward in scallops, which outline the eleven-leaf palmette with drooping tips. Similar palmette to FR-62, FR-119, FR-120, and FR-121.
Decoration:   Two wide tendrils rise from ridge tile and end in volutes. Palmette proper is above the volutes; eleven leaves spread out from arrow-head-shaped core. Light on dark with red on sides and in center of palmette.
Material:   Reddish yellow clay fired very pale brown with reddish brown inclusions (5YR 5/4)
Munsell Color:   Core: 5YR 6/6 (reddish yellow), Surface: 10YR 7/4 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Complete profile. Seven large frgts., joining and conserved together. Cover tile preserved on both sides of palmette to ends, with missing pieces at end and top of tile. Palmette well preserved; surface worn with some chips.
