Description:   Lionhead spout with square muzzle offset from round lt. cheek by diagonal slash. Deep nostrils, 2 lines from nostrils to upper lip. 3 wiskers; open mouth with front teeth offset by incised line, side teeth modelled. Projecting tongue.
Material:   Moderately fine clay fired buff at surfaces, bright pink at core with a very few inclusions. Some voids.
Munsell Color:   Between 10YR 7/4 and 7.5YR 7/4 (surface) 5YR 6/6 ;;;(core)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving muzzle, part of proper lt. cheek, lower jaw, missing tongue.
