Description: | Lionhead spout, detached from sima, back vertical where attached to acroterion box. Preserved are three rows of mane locks, S-flame locks, changing direction at central axis of head. All locks angular, only front row with V-cut central groove. Ears protrude from behind first row, overlap second. Head and 1st row of locks mouldmade, red added after head attached to sima. Poss. from some mould as FS-882. | |
