Description:   Rectangular slab, cut from an earlier block or slab, back smooth but with a projecting band at the top which has been dressed down, top, where preserved, and left edge worked smooth, bottom edge worked with claw chisel.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscription cut on face, five lines, Greek, L.H. 0.016-0.024. I-1035 contains the left part and I-1134 (now lapsed) contains the right part.
Material:   Coarse grained grayish marble.
Condition:   Missing parts. Two joining fragments, mended, I-1035 and I-1134, preserving all but the right border and bottom right corner of the inscription.

Dimensions Restored:   L. 0.255
Period:   Middle Roman (2/2 2nd c-4th c AD)
Chronology:   Last quarter second century or first quarter of the third. Date based on provenience, lettering of slab.
Findspot Description:   Asklepieion, grid C:1, 2 m below temple rock (I-1035) and Lerna area (I-1134)
