Description:   Thick slab, sawn in back with raised surface along upper break, aligned with axis of letters on front face; 0.034 above this sawn edge is part of a round (?) cutting (Diam. 0.025, D. 0.024); narrow band of rough-picked surface ca. 0.016 below sawn edge. Front face finished smoothly but weathered.
Writing:   inscribed. Latin inscription on front: most of one letter, poss. edge of 2nd to lt.: ].G interpunct [ To lt. of interpunct, long curving stroke rising above top of "G" - ancient? Uninscribed for at least 0.04 m. to rt. of interpunct, 0.028 above, 0.036 m. below l
Material:   Fine-crystalled white marble with micaceous veins.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., broken all edges; preserving front and back. Add. Join (I-1478), to top, broken all edges.
